RETURN POLICY
If there is a problem with your order (defective product, wrong order, damaged order, etc.), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, we will be happy to assist you in reviewing the case, and if approved, we will Send replacement. Please do not return anything until we have reviewed the case, our customer service team will review the request and send further instructions.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days to request a return after you receive the item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without prior request for return will not be accepted.

Damage And Problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and if the item is defective, damaged or you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the problem and correct it.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable items (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (such as special order or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept hazardous materials, Returns of flammable liquids or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on specials or gift cards.
Replacement
The quickest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, purchase the new item separately.
Refund
We will notify you when your return has been received and inspected, and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to the original form of payment within 10 business days. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and post the refund.
